Bug description: Dark Arbiter ignores crowdcontrols such as slows, stuns and roots. She's one of the primary burst abilities unholy DKs have, it's vital for other players to be able to control,kite or slow her in order to survive, which is rarely the case when you can't.

Dark Arbiter should be ranged in the first place, now its melee. There is already a bug report on this.
But of course, should be able to cc it.

Yup u cant cc that stupid death train, like its not enough that stupid PET crits for 600k AOE( so in 3s its possible to get 1.8m dmg in just one swing! and cast time is what 1 sec) but u cant even slow it or cc it, so ur best chance is to pop movement increase and run as fast as u can coz none can tank that for whole duration... It remindes me of wotlk gargoyle which was cc insta or die insta if u dont.... But hey its not ccable so we all can just die in 3 sec against dk

Dark arbiter damage is not AoE, and only last hits hit hard, and cast time is between 1.5-1.8sec in pvp
