[REJECTED] Chance of first 2 legendary drop for fresh 110 Characters

Bug description: Well was case in legion expansion RETAIL for fresh 110 levels without legendaries items you get first legendary significantly faster, first very high chance, second one still you get high chance to get not like first but still higher chance, all after second(3rd) you should get equal until last one, so it counts same as all others after second so 3rd one 4th and so on, this part works perfectly.
so the problem is just first 2 for newbie 110 levels without any legendary.

This is my also armory you can see there was a lot farm and not a single legendary drop so it counts as i have 2 already.

Well seems like if is your alt character and he doesn't have any legendary, server counts as you have already legendary items because of others ones from that account and make you farm equal as you have already.

Hi, here you can read about the BLP (Bad Luck Protection) that was introduced in patch 7.2 if you scroll down to "How does bad luck protection work for legendaries?": https://www.wowhead.com/legion-legendary-items-guide. Note that buying a legendary for 1k wakening essence does not reset your BLP.
