Bug description: After getting Stormy Gland Quest says Parts Delivered 0/1 XR9-47 is highlighted but unable to interact to turn in first part.qu

Abandon quest > unstuck on site > delete wow cache folder > retake quest > try redoing it
Get rid of unwanted quests in your log
Also unstuck on site to get rid of any old debuffs
