[REJECTED] game freeze every time in everywhere

Bug description:
wtf is this bug ?im becoming crazy
its about 2 week that most of the time i go to bg or raid or keystone my hero freeze
i cant move or cast lvl or anything , i can just chat in the game but others can see me move in the game
i made a lot of ticket in the game but no one answer
look at this 2 pic
first pic is in 7.36 , im freezed and 2nd pic is in 7/40 . every thing is like before . all HP and player are freezed but see chats they are differend or time remaining of the game , i was freezed all the time of bg in this situation but others was playin
sometimes when i want to take a quest in new map it was like this time and game freeze and i had to alt f4 until proxy realm came and everything fixed and it wasnt just me , other players had this issue
