Bug description: the raid 'heart of fear' (https://it.wowhead.com/heart-of-fear) is closed in all difficults, (Normal and Heroic too,i already unlocked the hc mode in the other patch cause i did nm mode too,but now appear as 'not available') i hope,you could fix and unlock it,please and thanks.

Confirmed. I can't access to Heart of Fear too.
But this is a low priority bug since Heart of Fear is MoP's raid. You should report it here: https://forum.wow-freakz.com/PvE-Pre-Legion-f6315.html
