Rated arenas not giving any honor.

Bug description: Rated arenas are supposed to give honor when you win a match, but it doesnt.
Proof: It's easily provable, considering everyone who's ever done a rated arena has noticed it.

The amount of honor should be 200 for first day of the win and then 100 for every win after.
