Bug description: once i saw, it has been fixed but i tried out and it looks like it's the same as before and still buggy.

as you can see in the screenshots, i don't have haste buff on myself and if
you are asking what's that pink buff it should say it's a absorb shield provided by my relic.

it should have a same cast time after you cast it right after a drain soul but when you cast it for the second time it has a more cast time.

also sometimes when i cast drain soul for the third time the cast time goes slower a little bit like :
first time: 4.8 seconds , second time: 6.2 seconds, third time: 6.3 seconds

It doesn't go ''slower''.
Since it benefits from pandemic system the cast time gets increased up to 30%.
The damage doesn't get lower because of this.
