[DUPLICATE] Game Freezes after Selecting a specific character

Bug description: I can successfully log-in to the account myself, successfully navigate through the character selection page but once I specifically select my Monk, who I recall who wasn't stuck, gets me stuck at the loading screen at 90-100%. After getting stuck, my game freezes and would require the usage of the task manager to exit the game.

I initially thought it was my the problem of my hardware causing me to not play the game. But after several tries of logging-in to the server, it was just specifically monk who couldn't enter the game. My demon hunter and Warlock could successfully log-in and that only my monk would crash.

I have tried restarting the PC, clearing the cache, unstucking with the removal of the character in the party and contacting the support team in the discord server leading me to posting in this forum.
