Bug description: After finishing https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=12667&&name=seek-the-wind-serpent-goddess, you should be able to phase into the "afterlife dimension" around the altar of quetz'lun and be able to interact with Quetz'luns spirit https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=28030&&name=quetz-lun-s-spirit. I finished "Seek the Wind Serpent Goddess" before the 7.3.5 update (Screenshot for proof), but I can't progress the questline since I don't get phased.
