Bug description:
I am affliction warlock level 110 (shazzroth-felsong) i have 8 champions in my class hall .
In order to progress in broken shore story i must recruit a champion.

and for that i must collect 'Kanrethad Ebonlocke',
the only problem for me is that after taking the champion of legionfall quest, the second quest don't appear for me.

Seems like you already completed the whole chain in the meantime, there was nothing wrong.
