Bug description: Problem is start when i finished the quest ,i have to turn-in back ,but i can't. On minimap shows me where to turn back ,but any of NPC's have no "quest" mark. Tried some resolvse as they have same problem on Retail ( this one https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/60041 ) but did not work for me. Any tips? Thank you

Hello . please delete cache and try again or make sure you have the Quest item in your bag , not in the bank

Still have no option to finish quest and yes,item is whole time in my backpack,have no idea.
