Elemental VS Enhancement

As the title says, i want to know the difference in dps, mobility and the importance of this class in pve:)

Hey there !
I was hoping somone more experienced will anwser your question but since nobody bothered here is what i know.

I am resto shaman main using ele as offspec so generally informations about enh comes from times i was leveling and what ive seen other enh preform comapred to ele in M+ / raids.

COMMON
1) both specs are super fun to play (at least for me)
2) they have a lot of RNG so sometimes you feel like a god (stormstrike procs for enh / instant lava bursts for ele), sometimes you do not
3) amazign visual effects (which is important if you spent so much time playing arcane - i did)
4) acces to super short cooldown for interrupts - i love you Wind Shear
5) AOE stun totem with only 45s cd ( this is amazing in M+)

ELEMENTAL
+ i rate him 9/10 for aoe dps (great in M+), if you decide to give up on ascendance and go for lightning rod - you are easily 10/10 aoe but you even further lower your single target
+ ranged dps (usefull in raids, you have a lot of soak mechanics)
+ Thunderstorm which can be used as aoe interrupt due to it's displacement mechanics (even tho pushing mobs away generally sucks sometimes can save your ***)
+ Gust of Wind talent - short displacement like blink, very usefull in some scenarios
+ Ancestral Guidance talent - heal your allies by portion of your dps ? Your healer will love you
- kind of lacking single target dmg, id rate him 6,5/10
- caster - cant dps and move at same time which even further lowers your dps during some encounters / some bosses use aoe interrupts which also forces you to stop dps

ENHANCEMENT
+ attacks / instant casts - you do not have to worry about any interrupt mechanics
+ strong single target dmg, maybe i've been lucky and met only good ones but i rate them 9/10 (10/10 goes for monks as they are not balanced on thsi server)
+ decent aoe dmg around 7,5/10
- no extra utility to M+ groups
- melee - if you are needed to soak aoe mechanic during raid you are losing dps
