Bug description: The NPC is not in the quest location and is not give me to turn off the quest Gidwin's Fate Revealed when I search it and found it on another location on the map (I am sorry I repeat this topic but this is the new bug after 7.5.3 patch)

I already try that its not work cant speak with him its not recognize him he must have yellow marker or something and when I click it must count it to speak with him to done the quest

You are not even in the corect location , that is why it dosnt work , look at the map
