Bug description: The power within quest still bugged. This is the first quest for the Balance of Power achievement. I know there was a bug report topic just recently fixed for this quest, but it is still not active for me. Image of Kalec showed up in my Sky Hold order hall, but he is not giving quest. I have the prereq. obtained to unlock this quest. Warrior campaign is completed and azuna matata is completed for first 3 story.
