Bug description: Mastery is not giving the bonus correctly.

Mastery works as intended.Im not gonna test this particular case,but here is a proof from something else i did https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/664787448475418629/685210807604346924/notepad_OiioZ0BCf0.png This is the full calculation of the spec with everything included and if mastery didn't work i wouldn't get the matching number, Part 1 , Part 2 . As you can see al the numbers are matching which also means mastery is working.Rejected.
