Random freezes since new server

Hi. Since the server's been upgraded I've been experiencing this weird desync issue, mostly happens only in antorus raid but it happens all the time in that raid.
I've tried all the fixes removed cache, reinstalled the game (with no addons), drivers up to date, checked my network there are no issues there and isn't my pc either.

As you can see the chat is still running, but everything else is frozen.

And only the world ms goes up when this happens.

That means that game server went down or something like that. Maybe they are doing some updates, no need to check things, just wait and login later.
P.S. Im not gm, Im only telling this from my personal experience.

No, isn't at all about that. It's a desync issue from the server, i saw lots of ppl with this issue and no gm gave any solution to it.

Or it happens in keys and WQ and other activites you do in game.

Only in antorus, it never happened in wq/keys.

Yes, tried with no addons, reinstalled game, changed folders even reinstalled my windows, same thing happens.

So it's been more than a month now and still same thing, I've read into it more and did some testing on my side.
Mostly happens in specific zones, for now only antorus, where I get desynced every time, happens rarely when there's a big pack of mobs in dungs but it's only like a 1s desync then it goes back to normal while in antorus I need to relog.
I tried other raids too like nh/tos, 0 desync issues, played other games to be sure it isn't my isp. I can't do nothing on my end on this issue, it is a server issue 100% since it's started happening when 7.3.5 came out, played 7.1.5/7.2.5 for yrs with no issues.

I haven't found a person with a same issue nor players that have this issue.
Restart your router I guess.
