Bug description:
I can't turn in the quest with Lord Itharius.
As WoW Freakz DB says... only the quest complete box (that does not spawn) can turn in you the quest.

Today I abandoned and retaked the mission.
Nothing is changed. The complete quest box does not appear and I can't turn in the quest with Lord Itharius.

yes this quest is still bugged should be auto-completed after I watch youtube video there is no NPC who used to be end of the quest and next one is auto-accepted to

Confirm, nowhere to turn in nor is auto-turninavailable.

The quest is visibly unsolved by anyone and the web site does not define an end point
