[REJECTED] [Campagin Quest] questchain is bugged for my char.

Bug description: Last time I was doing class hall quests was on 7.2.5, I came back after a break and trying to do some class hall quests, but I couldn't. "Champions of Legionfall" is starting at Broken Shore, then I should have NPC with quest in my class hall, but I don't have any quests there, was looking everywhere, trying to check every NPC since 1st quest. The only "yellow" quest I found is in Peak of Serenity "Continue Your Training: Master Kistane"(https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=31835&name=continue-your-training-master-kistane) but I can't speak with the NPC to continue or complete quest.

Same problem for my monk, I took quest "champions of legionfall" from Broken shore, and when I teleport in class order hall there is no npc "Brewmaster Blanche" to start first quest "a brewing situation".
