Bug description: missing "Sea Skrog" npc in Val'sharah at 65, 90 he should drop rank 3 leatherworking recipe: https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=137924&&name=recipe-gravenscale-armbands
(everybody on wowhead saying this is the best and fastest way to get this recipe its also the easiest rank 3 leatherworking recipe)
