My post about given quest got rejected :

Not a "activate beacon then use your mount and walk across half Suramar to Thalyssra". It worked but it doesnt change fact quest is bugged - you shoudl get automatically teleported.
And yes - i had Wasted potential completed already as you could have guess from my screenshot (no quest marker above npc).
