Bug description: monk artifact quest
Proof: the quest for artifact for monk [in to the heavens] is bugged at stage 4. It says defeat the minions at typhinius , but the minions are not spawned. i tried to relog but it only starts from stage one and still the minions doesnt spawn . please fix this. I am pandarian monk (mistweaver) .
