[Demon Hunter] Fel Rush damage delay

Bug description: Well theese days fel rush pretty bugged as hell. This post i report 2 issue about it. Fel rush damage delay. Damage should apply at same time when you use fel rush. not after fel rush end. And second issue is fel rush momentum.

Confirmed for the delay on the damage for Fel Rush.

You can see on the video that Fel Rush should damage right away.

As for the fall momentum, please make a seperate report for that. Since it's one bug per one report. I know both of them are related to the same spell, but it should still be reported separately. Thanks in advance!
