my mage cant get quest after obtaining the artifact

Bug description: after i got my artifact i went to my class hall with my mage vyarath and found that there is no quest to deliver or to get and on top of that the mission table is not appearing making impossible to start any zone on the isles and the ingame ticket system is not working
