[REJECTED] [secondary professions - Journeyman Fishing] Max skill capped at 75

Bug description: Tried to learn Journeyman Fishing but my max skill did not increase. Tried to relog, then delete cache since relog did not work. Deleting cache folder did not work either.

When i talk to Fishing trainer in dalaran it already shows that i've learned Journeyman Fishing and that i need a Fishing skill of 125 to learn Expert Fishing.

To be able to get the Fishing artifact Underlight Angler i need a Fishing skill of 800 and Complete the achievement Bigger Fish to Fry, which i cannot do since my Fishing skill is stuck at 75/75.

Can fix this by traveling to draenor and start fishing until Fishing Guide to Draenor drops (well, not drops but get fished up). Took about 10 minutes until i fished one up.
