Bug description:
Earth Shock elemental overload sometimes deals way less damage than it should. It's situational, but managed to replicate it.

95% of 2.3mil, it should do 2.2mil dmg. However it's only 1.81, as you can see in the screenshot.

Despite its wording 4p should always deal 85% (95.2% with trait) damage done by earth shock that triggered it and should not double dip buffs like 2p/elemental focus. Also unlike normal overload it cant crit but inherit damage done by earthshock if it critted or not.

Here no matter on which es overload triggers its always 95.2% of its damage.

Confirmed, the values for this are completely wrong, using earth shock on 20ish maelstrom results in the overload being way higher in damage than the original cast, where as if you use it on 100 maelstrom overload does sometimes half the damage instead of the intended 95%.
