[REJECTED] Can't Connect into the Game

I had just entered a BG with my character Leppra when I got disconnected from the server. After trying to reconnect for several minutes with no success (I get to the realm selection, but after choosing one, I get logged out https://imgur.com/a/Xc5cyla), I went to the site to unstuck the character, but its status remains as "online" https://imgur.com/a/uV2oTC1.

I checked the logs, and apparently I had logged in when using my work's VPN, which I immediately removed upon realizing it, while the game remained open. I do not know if this may have caused the issue.
