[DUPLICATE] Vizaduum the Watcher - Disintegrate

Bug description: 1.Disintegrate its targeting random player, but the dmg + effect is going only on tanks all the time or not hitting anyone even if they don't move from the front of the boss.
2.In phase 1, Disintegrate is casted x2 faster, it should have the same cast time as in phase 3.
3.In phase 2, if you don't go in the boss melle range, it will not cast Disintegrate.
