[Halls of Valor] Fenryr: first phase boss doesn't despawn when at 60% HP

Bug description: "Fenryr (...) eventually retreating to his den after becoming wounded." The first phase should end at 60% and the fight being continued at his den, however sometimes it doesn't despawn and you are stuck with the correct 60% HP boss and an untargetable Fenryr fixated on one of the party members until they die (encountered this bug 3 times, seems his target is random).
