Bug description: The silence effect from Nightmare Bolt still remain even if you have a player in the Nightmare Bolt area.

Confirmed. Once you get the Nightmare bolt you get the pacified debuff instantly, regardless if there is an ally next to you. Also it remains on the player after the Waking Nightmare debuff has run off
