Bug description: If you die in the Underbelly due to a player killing you or dieing to the mobs, you are unable to accept resurrection. The only way is to logout and unstuck. There were so many corpse down here earlier this morning.
Proof:
Here I am standing on my corpse, but there is no option to accept resurrection.
