Argus - Skinnable creatures not skinnable

Bug description: Creatures that should be skinnable in Argus, for example Duskcloack Panthara (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=124303/duskcloak-panthara)
are not skinnable as of yet. I'm trying to get Fiendish Leather for the quest Counterbalancing (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=48078/counterbalancing).

Creatures and Places i've tried to skin: 1. Duskcloack Panthara - Petrified Forrest, Krokuun. 2. Manafeeder Panthara - South of Conservatory of the Arcane, Mac'Aree

Indeed the skinning is needed for quest also the loot tables of Fiendish Leather do not show skinning at all jut drop chances of <<1% on a few creatures https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=151566&&name=fiendish-leather

also the ammount of skinable beasts available is minimal at best as can be seen

I am also in need of fiendish leather, however, the argus mobs are not skinnable. Also there is unusual behaviour when it comes to the "Chitinbuk Ruinwalkers" found in Mac'Aree - the cursor when hovered over them (when they are alive) displays the "skinning cursor" and when you kill them, you can skin them but yield 0 loot - always.

Bug: Skinning is not working for me on Argus!

i can't skinning on argus! I already tried to take it off with gloves and put it back on. i also tried other gloves (with / without enchantment). skinning does not work with the char on argus. with the request for repair.

This issue is casued by the Tainted Scraps item not dropping from mobs, as confirmed by Skinning Mission unavaliable
