This is just a visual issue (and will be confirmed as such).
The effects are taking place and working as intended, your movement speed will be increased with feral affinity, your ysera's gift will heal for 5.75% of the max HP of a player, astral influence range will be increased by 4 and half yards, and the dmg taken will be reduced by an extra 4.5%.
