Cant go into crowd, Ping will Increase

Can Anyone help me?
When i came into crowd like BG, Argus
Suddenly my Ping Increase, FPS is not dropping
but at the same time, Chat got no problem, i still can chat with my friend and he responded back
Can someone tell me whats wrong? Thanks

It is recommended that you ping their IP to ensure that you have not lost packets on the network. If conditions permit, you can use a VPN to connect to the game

If it happens only in crowded areas (multiple players / massive packs of mobs), then it's a problem on your own related to your ISP which may not be "strong" enough.
