[Rogue Aritfact Questline] Scenario doesn't work

Bug description: Hi. I can't get a legendary weapon because the scenario for getting it doesn't work. Namely, stage 3 of the scenario, where you need to detonate a smoke bomb in the auction. Nothing happens, the bomb can't been used. Further stages of the scenario do not work, the boss appears, the cinematics starts, but after that it immediately disappears. I tried to execute this scenario several times, reset and re-took the quest, cleaned the cache, but nothing helps.

Anyone? What should I do, I can't get artifact weapons for any specialization

You need to use the smoke bomb while being behind the auctioneer.
