Bug description: Chillmaw and the three cultists spawned underground, can be targeted but not killable as they're out of range, even for a hunter. It's the only Argent Tournament daily quest worth 2 Champion's Seals so I felt like it's worth a mention

Can confirm.
Yesterday when i tried to do the quest i noticed the same bugg, Chillmaw was nowhere to be found.
Although the quest used to work properly a few days ago.

I don't know if they fixed it or if someone managed to kill the thing and it respawned correctly but it's there now, I did the quest today.
