[REJECTED] [Suramar]Turning the Tidemistress

Well,I finished all the previous quests from Toryl a week ago or something like that except the last one, Turning the Tidemistress (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40336/turning-the-tidemistress), the final mision for Janvik's Jarl questline, so today I decided to finish the mision but now all the zone its bug
The NPC's now are enemys for me (https://imgur.com/a/bNugm93), also Toryl doesnt give me the final mision, I checked I finished all the previus missions and I don't have more quests from Toryl (as you can see here, https://imgur.com/a/sL3vhrw) and my Quest Log its empty for Suramar quests (https://imgur.com/a/2ltthug)
I will like to complete this linequest

This is happening to me too.. it's annoying for me because it's the last quest in order to get legion flying.
edit: i've found the solution,you need to do the two quests for Brytag ( https://www.wowhead.com/quest=40364/bubble-trouble and the other one),that will make you see Toryl again.
