[Death Knight][Unholy] Killing Ghoul during Corpse Shield doesnt put Ghoul on CD

Bug description: As i said in title, when DK uses Corpse Shield, if his ghoul gets killed during it, it should go on 30 sec CD. But here it doesnt which makes Corpse Shield even more OP then it already is, cause you can resumm ghoul and even if first one died of dmg, second one will still continue taking dmg during whole Corpse Shield duration.

Currently if you kill the DK's pet with your abilities it doesn't give the debuff that prevents the DK from summoning another Ghoul .
But if you damage the Death Knight under Corpse shield and the pet dies under that damage absorption you recieve the debuff.
