Bug description: Can't enter Upper Karazhan, can't do quest. I suggest making it instant comoplete again, like it was last patch

What exactly do you mean by "can't enter"?
You can complete it on mythic difficulty without any problems, done it myself a few days ago. If you have other issues make a different report with proof, otherwise the quest can be completed and the report isn't valid.
