Bug description: As title says, traits heals even on 100% dampening.

Add paladin JV to ur list . It is also not affected by damp

I checked it and its not affected by dampening but being honest the heal is not even high, the most that I healed was 100K when I had did BC + MS - I tried searching around if it supossed to be affected by dampening and couldn't find anything, at the end the ability is healing 50K average -- 12% damage of MS I somehow don't see an ability which heals a player of a 12% damage from an ability should be affected by dampening.

Do you know what it FEELS like, to be TORTURED by your own mind?

I couldn't found anywhere that this is supossed to be affected by dampening, here on Freakz its heals average for 20-50K which is kinda nothing.
