there is no NPS to whom to hand it over and he actually
disappeared from me, I can’t take it again !!! I tried to clean the cache and clicked unstuck and a day waiting for a server reboot, it didn’t help! character `s name Domaskin ! Is it possible to roll back a couple of quests back or better forward, please!

Open a ticket ingame and ask a GM to reward you the missing quests if you started the chain when it wasn't linked properly.
