Bug description:
Resurgence is suppose to refund mana on a critical heal, however this doesn't seem to be the case. I tested this by being in combat with a target dummy and spaming healing surge as it has the highest crit chance, and afterwards I used laytorrent potion to test if my recount was bugged or not, i performed this test with paladins blessing, however it isnt in the submited screenshots as i deemed it unnecessary.

This bug has been declined multiple times, it may not show on your combat log/recount because combat log is bugged at the moment. Resurgence is working as seen on this https://imgur.com/iJsYd7f
