When i changed my trinket i got 1065ilvl trinket, jsut wanted to seport it so no one else reports me for exploiting or something. I am not even using it, its in my bags until its fixed

Why did you changed it to normal item 935 ilvl when its donated ?

I am not the one changing items/taking care of your situation. I just asked for a char name so the staff knows the char with the issue.

I did not say it to you personaly, i meant "you" as a company (should have put capital Y xD ) Well anyway someone did come last night disconnected me and changed the trinket to ilvl935 after i reported it here. Now i don't have trinket that I bought at all. Just have regular crafted one and whats funny you can't see who made it

What hurts the most is that when there is something that is not by server rules you guys do it fast but now when there is something that hurts customer you act who knows when. More importantly i asked for help everywhere. On discord, everyone is silent. Not cool
