Bug description: The action button to raise Whitemane doesn't show up for me. I tried walking around the room and retaking the quest but it still doesn't work for me.

You'll have to re-do it but delete cache aswell it might work that way . It works fine for me when I tested the quest on PTR .

Seems to be phasing issue with the trigger

I can't reproduce, the other guy completed the quest, phasing is not used in that scenario.

Try again.
