[Warrior] Hidden Appaerance visibility

Bug description: I can't get Hidden Appaerance on this warrior. I got it in 7.1.5 on this one by clicking on Scale of Deathwing but now it drop only an item for Leatherworking's quest.

Artifact Knowledge is 40+ level on this patch, so it's not a problem(min 5 to get hidden appaerance), i read the Saga of the Valarjar tablet right behind Artifact Knowledge research NPC but i can't see Burning Plate of the Worldbreaker object on the ground.
The "emote" script doesn't work correctly since on "Kirito" warrior i can see that object everyday even by not hearing the emote and i didn't anything said in the guide below

I tried everything, even deleting cache and going there everyday but nothing worked for "Supernovas" warrior.

So i think there is some hidden conditions. If there is some new condition to get it since 7.3.5 update i hope you'll write it below this topic
