Bug description: I can't recruit Naralex for some reasons, and now I'm blocked and can't continue my class hall campaign. I think this is linked to the fact that I've never completed this quest back in 7.2, and now with the 7.3 patch my quest wont work.

Does the NPC maybe already appear as recruited in your followers tab?

Yes, he does appear in my followers tab. Maybe I've recruited him before taking the quest back in the days ?

Okay then please do the following: abandon the quest, then delete your cache folder. When you log back in, take the quest again and it should get autocompleted.
