Managing items within Guild Vault

Bug description: No matter what Guild Vault we use, it's not possible to change items to another free slot. It's not a visual bug. We can change items within the guild bank if they are occupied, but not if the destination is empty. To do so, we must take that item to the character's bag and then take it again to the guild bank empty slot, taking a lot of time when managing a certain quantity of items.

Proof: just try to do so on a guild vault, no matter the city you are in.
