Respawn rate.

Im new to this server and come to legion content yesterday, the respawn rate is bugued or is so high on porpose? sry for my english.
When i need to kill 3 or 4 at time when i kill the last one the first has respawn yet.
Dont understood why to easy to get to legion and then this respawn rate, i ohopw will be fixed, is annoying loose to many time for this, on my opinion is better give lower exp rates before and then this blizzlike, for party grind can be geat, for swolo is a hell.

Most of the players want to get straight to the end content and not waste too much time leveling, usually the enemies required for quests have 1-3 minutes respawn time.

If there are some mobs that really can't be killed for the reason you stated above -> create a bug report, might be an isolated case.
