Bug description: So, I followed a guide to complete the Good Suramaritan achievement and on the Jandvik's Jarl questline, I'm stuck at the last quest (it won't appear). I'm standing next to the NPC that should give it but it doesn't, I tried unstuck it doesn't work.

So I've completed that quest, still didn't get the last quest

UPDATE : Completed the Brytagg and Kell's underwater quests and now it works
