Scaled quest reward relics are not increasing artifact by correct item level amount

Bug description:
On my character Colorth, it appears as if Relics are not correctly boosting the item level of my artifact.
Claws of Ursoc base ilvl is 750.
Stellagosa's Rage should grant +25 ilvls based on the tooltip.
Blood of the Snake should grant +28 ilvls based on the tooltip.
Stormborn Courage should grant +24 ilvls based on the tooltip.
Thus, Claws of Ursoc should be at ilvl 827, however, it is at ilvl 756.

The wow-freakz links for the items show the base-level version of the relics grants +2 ilvl for each of the relics. My assumption is that the higher level quest reward version of these relics are not granting the correct item levels.

Yes indeed relics that are rewarded from that specific quest have the wrong bonus ID. Trello Card.
