Random class legendary token drops

Greetings, can someone confirm that legendary tokens for random class drop? I mean ones after a char has all legendaries for a class and it should get random class token, similar to how essences work. Currently have 2 chars with all leggos + some blp from last patch and didnt get any, meanwhile other character that dont have all leggos for a class and do way less content get them.

Ye u will get random class legg, even if ur char doesnt have all 1k ilvl items (lower ilvl legg is enough). I had 2 tokens, for monk and prey - dont have both classes on acc, so gl.
